@3.14 minutes you used wrong formula for Ixx it should be bd3/12 na instead you used db3/12.
The formula is correct. If Ixx is the major axis then the formula is bd3/12. In this case, Ixx is the minor axis that's why the formula db3/12 is used. The formula will differ according to the major and minor axis of the section. Major axis - the axis which is perpendicular to the depth of the section. Minor axis - the axis which is parallel to the depth of the section.
